Set up a secure FTP account with us - No charge.

Do you have large files to send to us that won't fit in an email? Sign up for a secure FTP account with us and your problems are solved. You can upload large files to a personalised, password protected account absolutely free.

Just follow the steps below to get started...

STEP 1

Fill out the form below so that we can start up your personalised FTP account. Be sure to fill in all the fields, especially your phone number and email address. We will email you with your new account details once the account is ready to use.

Please wait for your confirmation email before trying to upload.

NOTE:

If you don't already have an FTP Client (the program you use to transfer your files) you can download Filezilla Client for free. There is a lot of useful information on the Filezilla Wiki page if you have any problems installing the client.

STEP 2

Open your FTP Client and enter the following:

Host: visionimagelab.exavault.com

Username: your user name

Password: your password

Port: Leave blank  

Then click on the Connect button. In the case of Filezilla it is called Quickconnect. If you are sucessfully connected the last line of text in the top box should read Directory listing sucessful.  

STEP 3

Use the upper left box to navigate your computer drives and folders to find the folder the files you wish to transfer are in. Once you have found the folder you are looking for click on it and the files within the folder will appear in the lower left box.

STEP 4

Now simply click and drag the files you wish to transfer from the lower left window to the lower right window. Your files should be transferred once the transfer progress bar reaches 100%.

STEP 5

Send an email to us at  to let us know that you have uploaded your order. Please include all details of the order including size, finish and turnaround required so we know your files are there and what needs to be done with them. We will not know you have uploaded files until you email us.

We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order and give you a pick up time.
